Ocean City First Night - First Night brings family and friends together on New Year’s Eve. It’s a safe, entertaining event that provides good, clean fun and pleasant memories.

Transportation Jitneys will provide free transportation from 5:00 pm until mid-night for button holders, operating continuously between sites starting at the Transportation Center (9th & Haven Ave.) and 7th Street Parking Lot (7th & Central Ave.) View the Map
Leaving Transportation Center to Intermediate School (18th & Bay Ave.) to Music Pier (Moorlyn Terrace & Boardwalk) to Civic Center (6th Street & Wayne Ave.) to High School (6th Street & Atlantic Ave.) to Tabernacle (5th Street & Wesley Ave.) to Primary School (5th Street & West Ave.) back to Transportation Center (9th & Haven)	Leaving 7th Street Parking Lot to Intermediate School (18th & Bay Ave.) to 8th Street Parking Lot (8th & Central Ave.) to Music Pier (Moorlyn Terrace & Boardwalk) to Civic Center (6th Street & Wayne Ave.) to High School (6th Street & Atlantic Ave.) to Tabernacle (5th Street & Wesley Ave.) to Primary School (5th Street & West Ave.) back to 7th Street Parking Lot.

Midnight Celebration
Stay until midnight and join the countdown celebrations at the Music Pier (Moorlyn Terrace & Boardwalk), Civic Center (6th & Boardwalk), Ocean City High School (6th and Atlantic Ave.), Ocean City Tabernacle (5th & Wesley Avenue) and the Intermediate School. Then step outside to enjoy the spectacular fireworks display, (6th St. & Boardwalk) weather permitting.

First Day at the Beach
5K Run on New Year’s Day starting at 1:00pm beginning at the Music Pier on the Boardwalk (Moorlyn Terrace & the Boardwalk). Lots of beach activities and games. First Dip in the Ocean 2:00 pm. Call 399-1412 for more details.

Parking
Parking is free in Ocean City during the winter. Municipal
lots are located throughout the city, including the Transportation Center, City lot at 5th & Asbury, 8th Street, 9th Street, Moorlyn Terrace and the Tabernacle.
All performance sites are located within walking distance of one another. See map for locations.

Kick Off
Come join the kick off ceremonies at 4:00 pm at the Music Pier where the official ribbon cutting to open First Night will take place. Face Painting begins, meet your favorite characters and join in the fun.
